ALBUM Review

Project: Sofa King News, an entertainment news site, needed someone to review the new (at the time) Backstreet Boys album, In A World Like This.

Strategy: This was a tight turnaround, since this needed to go out as soon as the album was released, so I essentially had 24 hours to listen through the whole thing and put my honest opinion to words. Luckily, Backstreet Boys have been my jam since the height of their fame, so I was the perfect person to give this project my undivided attention. I kept it short and sweet, while highlighting the most important features of the album, and used some humor to reflect the site’s irreverent brand.
